This policy explains what information Full Scale Promotions (“Full Scale,” “we”) collects through fullscalepromotions.com and how we use it. Our platforms, Wisconsin Raffle, Wisconsin Pub Club and WisconsinBOGO, each have their own privacy policy on their own sites, and those policies cover what happens there.
When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, organization, phone number and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes and proofs, deliver the work you ask for, and keep records of our projects. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site, such as Webflow for hosting and form processing, or when the law requires it.
This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may use cookies that are needed for the site to work.
We keep contact form messages and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our business and legal obligations.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing us at the address below.
This site is meant for adults and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we’ll delete it if we learn we have.
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
